MG100S Extraction unit

The MG100S from Weller is a powerful solder fume extraction unit, designed for use at up to two workstations. Thanks to its compact design with a width of 210 mm, a height of 610 mm, and a length of 460 mm, the device requires only minimal floor space. It is equipped with a compact filter that includes both a particle filter H13 and a wideband gas filter, ideal for applications with a high volume of harmful gases.
The electronic filter control with alarm function ensures the safety and efficiency of operation, while the variable flow rate adjustment allows for customization of the extraction performance. The device is characterized by a relatively low noise level of 52 dB and offers an air throughput of 140 m³ per hour with a maximum vacuum of 2,300 Pa. The power consumption is 100 W at a voltage of 100 - 240 V, facilitating global use of the device.
For easier operation, the MG100S can be controlled via a remote control, which allows setting various speeds and activating the filter alarm. The extraction unit can also be mounted directly on the worktable to simplify installation.
