Zero Smog 4V

The Weller Zero Smog 4V fume extraction unit is characterized by its easy installation and operation. Equipped with a robust, maintenance-free blower, it achieves a maximum flow rate of up to 230 m³/h and a vacuum performance of 2,700 Pa. The innovative Constant Flow Control (CFC) function automatically adjusts the blower speed, ensuring optimal smoke extraction at up to four workstations, regardless of their number.
The device features an electronic filter monitoring with optical and acoustic alarm functions, which monitors the condition of the compact filter (particle filter H13 and wideband gas filter) and the fine dust pre-filter F7. Additionally, a USB port allows for efficiency testing. Four smooth-running wheels ensure flexible positioning, and operation can be conveniently remote-controlled via an RS 232 interface.
Despite its power of 275 W and a voltage of 230 V, the noise level remains pleasantly low at 48 dB. The dimensions of the device are 325 mm in width, 505 mm in height, and 345 mm in length, with a weight of 19 kg.
