The T470-MC soldering iron from JBC is ideally suited for industrial electronics manufacturing, repairs, and prototype development. This model is distinguished by its ability to effectively solder large components, thick wires, and other materials that require high heating power.
The soldering iron has a power output of 50 W and operates at a voltage of 24 V, making it particularly powerful. It is equipped with a heat-insulated foam handle and a 3-meter-long connection cable, allowing for flexible handling. The package does not include soldering tips; the use of tips from the C470 and C245 series is recommended.
Thanks to its robust construction and easy handling due to the screw connection on the handle, the T470-MC provides a reliable solution for demanding soldering tasks.

The soldering irons in the T470 series are ideal for intensive soldering work with high power requirements, such as power electronics, soldering large coaxial cables, soldering sheet metal, etc. All soldering irons have an output of 50 W. They are available in different versions for different soldering tasks, e.g. high-performance soldering or soldering with nitrogen.

  • Available with comfortable, partially thermally insulated handles in various shapes and materials as well as different cable lengths
  • Some with adjusting screw to fix the soldering tip in the handpiece, no twisting
  • Up to 250 W power possible in conjunction with the HDE high-power station
  • Compatible with C470 soldering tips
  • Fast heating up
