The T470-NA nitrogen soldering iron from JBC is specifically designed for heat-intensive soldering tasks and is primarily used in industrial electronics manufacturing, repair, and prototype development. This model is distinguished by its ability to create an inert atmosphere by removing oxygen, thereby effectively preventing oxidation at solder joints. The soldering iron comes with nozzles HD N1, HD N2, and HD N3, which direct the nitrogen straight to the tip, as well as a 3-meter long connection cable.
The associated soldering tips from the C470 series allow for the use of milder fluxes, which is particularly advantageous when working with large components, thick wires, and other materials that require high heating power. With a power of 50 W and a voltage of 24 V, this soldering iron offers a robust and reliable solution for demanding soldering tasks.
