WXUPS MS Soldering iron set

The WXUPS MS Soldering Iron Set by Weller, specifically designed for demanding soldering processes, offers an optimal solution for professional applications. The Active-Tip heating technology enables precise and quick heat transfer, significantly enhancing the efficiency of the soldering process. The soldering iron, which heats up in just 7 seconds, achieves excellent heat transfer and recovery time.
With a power of 150 W and a temperature range from 100 to 450 °C, the set is ideal for various component sizes and complex applications. The integrated RGB ring lighting supports visual process control, while the motion sensor reduces energy consumption by automatically switching to standby mode. The soldering iron is MIL-SPEC compliant and provides maximum protection for components and circuit boards.
The set includes, in addition to the WXMPS MS 40 W soldering iron, specific soldering tips designed for the MS series and not compatible with conventional soldering tips. This specification ensures additional insulation and prevents interference frequencies. The quick and safe tip change is done without additional tools, even at high temperatures.

WXSmart Soldering iron series

The WXsmart soldering irons from Weller have been developed to meet the increasing demands of complex soldering applications. They are designed for Active-Tip heating element technology. Depending on the power (40 or 150 W), they are suitable for various soldering applications and component sizes. The soldering irons are available as individual items or as a set with matching soldering tips and safety rest.

MS soldering irons are MIL-SPEC-compliant, i.e. they are used in accordance with MIL-STD-2000. In contrast to conventional soldering irons, they have additional insulation to ground, which prevents interference frequencies. MS soldering irons are not compatible with conventional soldering tips, but must always be used with MS soldering tips.
