RMSE-2QF soldering station
The JBC RMSE-2QF soldering station is a high-quality rework solution specifically designed for precise soldering and desoldering tasks on electronic components. It combines a soldering and desoldering station that supports a variety of tools, making it flexible for different rework tasks. Thanks to digital control, the soldering temperature can be precisely adjusted and maintained stable, while the fast heating time increases efficiency and minimizes waiting times.
The station features an intelligent sleep and hibernation function that automatically lowers the temperature when not in use, extends the life of the soldering tips, and saves energy. Ergonomic, lightweight handpieces and a comfortable design allow for fatigue-free work. A large LCD display provides information on the current temperature and other relevant data. Additionally, different temperature and airflow profiles can be stored and quickly retrieved.
The integrated vacuum pump facilitates the safe handling and removal of components. The station is compatible with a wide range of soldering tips, desoldering nozzles, and other tools.
The package includes a DDU 150W power unit, a JT 700W hot air station, various storage stands, a T245 soldering iron, a DR560 desoldering iron 160W, a JTT hot hose set, a T260 Pick & Place/vacuum pipette, an MSE electric desoldering module, and a SCH soldering tip holder.
With dimensions of 370 mm width, 380 mm height, and 480 mm length, and a weight of 16.5 kg, the station offers a robust and reliable solution for professional use.
