The solder wire ISO-Core® EL Sn96Ag04Cu0.7 is specially designed for precision soldering in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, and electric motor construction. This product is distinguished by the use of high-purity alloy components that are manufactured according to international standards. It is a lead-free special alloy with a melting point of 217°C. The solder wire is filled with a no-clean, halogen-free activated flux that meets the standards DIN EN 29454.1, 1.1.3.B, 1.2.3.B, and DIN EN 61190-1-3. The amount of flux is 3.5%.
