Solder tin dispenser ESD DS-25002B for 2 reels

The Piergiacomi ESD DS-25002B solder reel dispenser is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive areas and supports efficient working with up to two solder reels. This model is distinguished by its ability to cleanly and controlledly unwind solder wire, thereby keeping work areas free of solder waste. The dispenser is equipped with a movable guide tube that supports a maximum wire diameter of 2 mm and a reel length of up to 100 mm. The reels should have a core diameter of more than 11 mm and must not exceed a weight of 2.5 kg.
The sturdy construction is coated with an ESD-safe powder coating to ensure safe handling. Additionally, the device features an integrated tool holder at the back, which provides space for various hand tools needed for soldering tasks, such as desoldering guns, tweezers, pliers, or screwdrivers. With a width of 150 mm, a height of 300 mm, and a length of 190 mm, the solder reel dispenser is compact and space-saving in any workshop.

DS 2500 Solder tin dispenser

The DS 2500 solder dispenser with guide tube keeps the workplace tidy and reduces solder waste. They also offer space for various useful hand tools such as tweezers, screwdrivers or pliers. They also have an ESD powder coating. The solder dispensers are available in different versions: They already have a second reel or can be fitted with a second reel using an additional device.

The dispensers are suitable for solder rolls with the following dimensions:

  • core diameter > 11 mm
  • max. solder wire diameter 2 mm
  • weight up to 2.5 kg
  • length 100 mm
