The Piergiacomi ESD DS-2500 solder reel holder is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive environments. This model features an integrated guide and a tool holder, making it particularly practical for professional use. The holder is suitable for solder reels with a core diameter of more than 11 mm, a maximum solder wire diameter of 2 mm, a reel length of up to 100 mm, and a weight of up to 2.5 kg.The structure of the holder allows for the solder wire to be cleanly unwound from the spool, thus keeping the work area free from solder debris. With the optional DS2500 ABD accessory, a second spool can be attached. At the rear of the device, there is a holder for various hand tools that may be needed during soldering tasks, such as desoldering guns, tweezers, pliers, or screwdrivers.
The dimensions of the solder reel holder are 150 mm in width, 155 mm in height, and 190 mm in length. The holder is coated with an ESD-safe powder coating that provides additional protection against static discharges.
