The solder wire ISO-Core® Clear Sn100Ni+ by Felder is specifically designed for precision soldering in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, and electric motor construction. This product is characterized by its highly pure alloy components, which are manufactured according to international standards. The alloy Sn99.3CuNiGe is lead-free and offers a melting point of 227°C. The diameter of the wire is 0.75 mm and it is supplied on a 500 g spool.
The solder wire features a No-clean flux that is weakly halogenated and mildly activated. It ensures splash-free, crystal clear residues and optimal wetting of the solder joints. The standard flux content is 3.5%. The flux meets the standards DIN EN 29454.1, 1.2.2.B, and DIN EN 91190-1-3, REL1, highlighting its quality and reliability. Ideal for both manual and automated soldering, this solder wire offers a thermally stable solution for precise soldering applications.
