The solder wire ISO-Core® Clear Sn100Ni+ from Felder is specifically designed for precise soldering in electronics, electrical engineering, and electromechanics. This high-quality product is characterized by its composition of Sn99.3CuNiGe and is manufactured lead-free according to international standards. The solder wire has a diameter of 0.50 mm and is delivered on a 250 g spool.
The melting point of the solder wire is 227°C, allowing for efficient processing at relatively low temperatures. Thanks to the no-clean flux, which is weakly halogenated and certified according to DIN EN 29454.1, 1.2.2.B, as well as DIN EN 91190-1-3, REL1, the solder wire leaves behind glass-clear and thermally stable residues after soldering. The optimal wetting and the splash-free formula make it ideal for manual and automated soldering. The standard flux content is 3.5%, ensuring even and clean application.
