The solder wire ISO-Core® Clear Sn96.5Ag3Cu0.5, manufactured by Felder, is a high-quality choice for technical applications in electronics, electrical engineering, and electromechanics. This product is distinguished by its lead-free alloy Sn96.5Ag3Cu0.5 and offers a melting point of 217-219°C. Particularly noteworthy is the standard flux content of 3.5%, which ensures optimal wetting and thermal stability.
The 500g spool with a diameter of 0.75 mm is ideal for both manual and machine soldering. The used No-clean flux is weakly halogenated and meets the standards DIN EN 29454.1, 1.2.2.B, and DIN EN 91190-1-3, REL1. The solder wire is splash-free and leaves behind crystal-clear residues, which simplifies post-processing and improves the quality of the solder joints.
