The solder wire ISO-Core® EL S-Sn60Pb40, manufactured by Felder, is a high-quality product for manual and automated soldering in the electronics industry. This special alloy consists of Sn60Pb40 and has a melting point between 183 and 190 degrees Celsius. The wire is available on a 500 g spool with a diameter of 1.0 mm and complies with the standards DIN EN 29453 and DIN EN 29454, including the specifications 1.1.3.B (EN61190-ROL0).
The product features a standard flux content of 3.5%, with the flux being halogen-free and certified according to DIN EN 29454.1, 1.1.3.B, 1.2.3.B, and 2.2.3.B or DIN EN 61190-1-3. This no-clean flux is specifically designed for applications where residues need to be minimized and provides efficient and clean soldering without additional cleaning steps.
