The Felder ISO-Core® EL S-Sn62Pb36Ag2 solder wire is specifically designed for precision soldering in the electronics and electrical engineering industries, including telecommunications and electric motor construction. This product features a eutectic alloy of tin (Sn62), lead (Pb36), and silver (Ag2) that melts at a temperature of 179°C. The diameter of the wire is 0.50 mm and it is supplied on a 500 g spool.The unique feature of this solder wire is its flux content of 3.5%, which meets the standards DIN EN 29454.1, 1.1.3.B, 1.2.3.B, and 2.2.3.B, as well as DIN EN 61190-1-3. The used No-clean flux is halogen-free and activated, making it ideal for both manual and machine soldering processes.
The production of the ISO-Core® solder wire is carried out under strict quality controls, using only high-purity alloy components that meet international standards. This guarantees consistently high quality and reliability for demanding soldering applications.
