The solder wire ISO-Core® EL Sn96Ag04Cu0,7 by Felder is specifically developed for fine soldering in the electronics and electrical engineering industries, including telecommunications and electric motor manufacturing. This product is distinguished by its highly pure alloy components, which are manufactured according to international standards. The alloy consists of Sn95,5Ag3,8Cu0,7 and is lead-free, making it an environmentally friendly choice. The melting point is at eutectic 217°C.
The solder wire has a diameter of 0.75 mm and is supplied on a 500 g reel. It contains a halogen-free No-clean flux that accounts for 3.5% of the total weight and meets the standards DIN EN 29454.1, 1.1.3.B, 1.2.3.B, and DIN EN 61190-1-3. This flux composition allows for efficient and clean processing in both manual and machine soldering without the need for subsequent cleaning. Ideal for applications where reliability and precision are required.
