The solder wire ISO-Core® EL Sn96Ag04Cu0.7, manufactured by Felder, is specifically designed for precise soldering applications in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, and electric motor construction. This high-quality product is made from a lead-free special alloy Sn95.5Ag3.8Cu0.7 and features a eutectic melting point of 217°C. The wire is available on a 500 g spool with a diameter of 1.0 mm.
The innovative ISO-Core® technology ensures consistent quality that meets international standards. The solder wire is filled with a halogen-free, no-clean flux that accounts for 3.5% of the total weight and meets the requirements of DIN EN 29454.1, 1.1.3.B, 1.2.3.B, and 2.2.3.B or DIN EN 61190-1-3. These characteristics make the solder wire ideal for both hand and machine soldering, where the activation of the flux ensures efficient and clean processing.
