Solder wire ISO-Core® EL Sn96Ag04Cu0.7
The solder wire ISO-Core® EL Sn96Ag04Cu0,7, manufactured by Felder, is a high-purity, lead-free special alloy for fine soldering in electronics, electrical engineering, as well as in telecommunications and electric motor construction.
The alloy consists of Sn95.5Ag3.8Cu0.7 and is characterized by a eutectic melting point of 217°C. This solder wire is specifically designed for hand and machine soldering and comes in a 250 g spool with a diameter of 0.5 mm.
A distinctive feature of this product is the halogen-free, no-clean flux, which makes up 3.5% of the total weight and meets the standards DIN EN 29454.1, 1.1.3.B, 1.2.3.B, and DIN EN 61190-1-3. This flux composition ensures efficient and clean processing without additional cleaning after soldering.
ISO-Core® EL is ideally suited for demanding applications in electronics manufacturing, where reliability and precision are required.
