The solder wire ISO-Core® ELR Sn100Ni+ from Felder is specifically designed for precision soldering in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, and electric motor construction. This product is made from highly pure alloy components and meets international standards, ensuring consistent quality.
The solder wire has an alloy composition of Sn99.3CuNiGe and is lead-free. With a melting point of 227°C, it offers a eutectic composition that is ideal for both hand soldering and machine soldering. The diameter of the wire is 0.75 mm and it is supplied on a 0.500 kg spool.
A notable feature is the halogen-free no-clean flux, which meets the requirements of DIN EN 29454.1, 1.1.3.B, 1.2.3.B, and DIN EN 61190-1-3, 2.2.3.B. This makes the solder wire particularly suitable for rework on SMD-equipped assemblies, with the standard flux content being 1%.
