Solder wire ISO-Core® ELR Sn100Ni+

The solder wire ISO-Core® ELR Sn100Ni+ by Felder is specifically designed for fine soldering in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, and electric motor construction. This product is distinguished by the use of high-purity alloy components, manufactured according to international standards and featuring an alloy of Sn99.3CuNiGe. The solder wire is lead-free and has a eutectic melting point of 227°C.
The spool weighs 500g and has a melting point between 183°C and 190°C, suitable for a wide range of applications. The solder wire is filled with a halogen-free, no-clean flux that meets the standards DIN EN 29454.1, 1.1.3.B, 1.2.3.B, and 2.2.3.B or DIN EN 61190-1-3. This makes it ideal for manual and machine soldering as well as for re-soldering on SMD-equipped assemblies, with a standard flux content of 1%.
ISO-Core® "ELR" is low-residue and has been specially developed to meet the high demands of modern electronics manufacturing, allowing for efficient and clean processing.
