The solder wire ISO-Core® ELR Sn100Ni+ from Felder is specifically designed for precision soldering in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, and electric motor manufacturing. This high-quality product is characterized by its composition of Sn99.3CuNiGe, which is completely lead-free and has a eutectic melting point of 227°C. The spool weighs 500g and has a variable melting point between 183°C and 190°C, allowing for flexible application.
The solder wire is filled with a halogen-free, no-clean flux that meets the standards DIN EN 29454.1, 1.1.3.B, 1.2.3.B, and DIN EN 61190-1-3. It is ideal for manual and machine soldering, as well as specifically adapted for re-soldering tasks on SMD-equipped assemblies. The standard flux content is 1%, which facilitates use in sensitive electronic applications and simultaneously minimizes environmental impact.
