The solder wire ISO-Core® ELR Sn100Ni+ from Felder is specifically designed for precise soldering applications in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, and electric motor construction. This product is distinguished by its high-purity alloy components, which are manufactured according to international standards. The alloy consists of Sn99.3CuNiGe and is lead-free, with a eutectic melting point of 227°C. Moreover, the solder wire is suitable for both hand and machine soldering, offering an optimal solution for rework on SMD-equipped assemblies.
The innovative No-clean formula of the flux, which is halogen-free and certified according to DIN EN 29454.1, 1.1.3.B, 1.2.3.B, and DIN EN 61190-1-3, leaves minimal residues and is thus ideal for highly sensitive electronic applications. The standard flux content is 1%. The product is delivered on a spool weighing 250g with a melting point of 183 - 190°C, facilitating processing and storage.
