The ISO-Core® RA Sn100Ni+ solder wire from Felder is specifically designed for precise soldering applications in electronics and electrical engineering, including telecommunications and electric motor construction. This product is distinguished by its high-purity alloy components, which are manufactured according to international standards. The alloy consists of Sn99.3Cu0.7AgNiGe and is lead-free, meeting current environmental standards.
With a melting point of 227°C, the solder wire offers a eutectic composition that allows for efficient processing. The wire is available in a spool form weighing 500g and with a diameter of 1.00 mm. The flux, which is halogen-activated and contains less than 1% halogen content, meets the standards of DIN EN 29454.1, 1.1.2.B, and DIN EN 61190-1-3, ROM1, ensuring high reliability and performance.
This solder wire is suitable for both manual and machine soldering and is equipped with a standard flux content of 2.5%. Using this solder wire guarantees precise and clean solder joints in demanding applications.
