The Felder ISO-Core® RA Sn100Ni+ solder wire is specifically designed for precision soldering in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, and electric motor construction. This high-quality product is made from the same high-purity alloy components as the Felder ISO-Tin® electronics solders and meets international standards. The alloy consists of Sn99.3Cu0.7AgNiGe and is lead-free. With a melting point of 227°C, the wire is eutectic and thus particularly efficient for both hand and machine soldering.
The solder wire has a diameter of 0.5 mm and is supplied on a spool with a total weight of 250g. The halogen-activated flux makes the solder wire ideal for precise solder joints, with a flux content of 2.5% complying with the standards DIN EN 29454.1, 1.1.2.B, and DIN EN 61190-1-3, ROM1. The halogen content of the flux is less than 1%, enabling its use in sensitive electronic environments.
