Stripping diagonal cutting pliers ISO 1000V 160 mm
The KNIPEX 1000V 160 mm Insulation Side Cutter combines high functionality with a robust design for professional applications. This VDE-tested tool is specifically designed for precise stripping and cutting of single-strand conductors and soft wire up to a diameter of 4.0 mm. Equipped with precision stripping holes, it is excellent for conductors with cross-sections of 1.5 and 2.5 mm².
The long cutting edge and high transmission ratios guarantee superior cutting performance, while the long tips also allow for fine cutting work in confined spaces. Made from hardened vanadium electric steel with a blade hardness of approximately 60 HRC, the tool is known for its durability and reliability.
The dimensions of the side cutter are 160 mm in length, 60 mm in width, and 30 mm in height, with a weight of 238 g. It is not suitable for ESD-safe applications. With its capacity for AWG 15 to 13, it offers a wide range of uses, ideal for comfortably cutting NYM cables up to 5 x 2.5 mm².
