Wire end ferrule pliers 180 mm
The KNIPEX ferrule crimping pliers, with a length of 180 mm, are characterized by their lightweight and slim design, making them ideal for working in hard-to-reach places, such as in narrow and deep switch cabinets. This high-quality tool is made from polished special tool steel and allows for easy crimping due to its optimized leverage. The pliers are specifically designed for crimping ferrules according to DIN 46228 Part 1 + 4 in the range of 0.25 to 16 mm².
The crimping is performed in nine particularly deep profiles with conical side surfaces, ensuring a secure connection between the sleeve and conductor. The Comfort grips consist of three ergonomic components, enabling optimized handling, and feature two KNIPEXtend interfaces for extensions. With dimensions of 55 mm width and 21 mm height, and a weight of 242 g, the pliers are also available in a VDE version that meets additional safety standards.
