The CK crimping tool, specifically designed for crimping ferrules, is characterized by its robust construction made of high-quality carbon steel. This precision plier is suitable for cable cross-sections from 0.14 to 2.5 mm or 26 to 14 AWG and ensures precise crimping results at all times through the auto-stop ratchet system, which automatically triggers when correct pressure is applied.
The crimping tool features specially ground dies made from hardened carbon alloy steel, ensuring high strength and durability. This allows for a lifespan of up to 40,000 crimp cycles. The functionality is complemented by an ergonomic two-component handle, which allows for easy and comfortable handling.
With a length of 210 mm and an integrated locking system as well as a quick-release lever, this plier offers additional safety and comfort at work. The pressure setting can be individually adjusted to ensure optimal adaptation to different materials and requirements.
