Self-adjusting crimping pliers with hexagonal crimp

The self-adjusting crimping pliers from KNIPEX are specifically designed for precise and fast crimping of wire end ferrules up to 16 mm². Thanks to their automatic adjustment to the desired wire end ferrule size and the standard-compliant crimping according to DIN 46228 Part 1 + 4, they ensure consistently high crimp quality. The pliers feature a forced lock that is releasable and whose crimp pressure is precisely set at the factory.
The ergonomic design and the power amplification through the toggle lever allow for fatigue-free working, even with large conductor cross-sections. The low weight and handy size of the pliers, combined with a comfortable grip span, facilitate handling. The material, chrome-vanadium electric steel, is oil-hardened and ensures durability and reliability.
The pliers measure 180 mm in length, 75 mm in width, 21 mm in height, and weigh 445 g. They are designed for wire end ferrules from 0.08 to 16.0 mm² and for twin wire end ferrules up to 2 x 10 mm² or 2 x AWG 8. With their hexagonal crimping and patented design, they offer an optimal solution for confined connections.
