Automatic stripping pliers for 0.5-0.75 / 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.5 / 4.0 / 6.0 mm²

The automatic wire stripper, manufactured by KNIPEX, is specifically designed for precise and gentle stripping tasks. It is suitable for a variety of conductor cross-sections between 0.5 and 6.0 mm², as well as corresponding AWG sizes from 20 to 10. The tool features precisely ground form blades that strip fine-stranded wires without damaging the conductor. Equipped with replaceable blades, the pliers can be adjusted for four or six different diameters or cross-sections.
The pliers offer an adjustable length stop, which ensures consistent stripping lengths for batch work. Clamping jaws securely hold the wire in place. After each use, a tension spring automatically returns the tool to its starting position. With a length of 180 mm, a width of 71 mm, and a height of 30 mm, as well as a weight of 355 g, the pliers are robust and handy. The painted material enhances durability and provides reliable performance for professional applications.
