MiniStrip Titan

The Nitronic MiniStrip Titanium is an advanced solution for precise cable stripping, specifically designed for applications where the highest accuracy is required. High-precision stripping tool MiniStrip

The Nitronic MiniStrip was specially developed for users with high quality requirements. The unique four-blade system and the rotating stripping head ensure absolutely precise and consistently accurate stripping of small-diameter cable ends.

The MiniStrip is the flagship among manual stripping tools and the optimum solution for precise and safe stripping of a wide range of cable types. Thanks to our innovative process, insulation, dielectric or shielding are removed effortlessly and, depending on the nature of the conductor, the strands are twisted at the same time. This versatility enables a wide range of cables to be processed, including small coaxial cables and conductors with Kapton, silicone or Teflon insulation. For cables with a diameter of 2.5mm.

The MiniStrip not only ensures high precision to prevent damage to conductors, dielectric or shielding, but also has an integrated centering device for high-end stripping that meets the demanding standards of medical technology or aerospace.


The infinitely variable adjustability and the ability to center the cable relative to the blades ensure optimum results without exerting pressure on the cable.The MiniStrip is set to a different diameter in just a few seconds using a calibrated scale. With the MiniStrip you are ideally equipped for demanding stripping tasks - precise, efficient and reliable.

The Ministrip Standard with HSS blades is for less demanding stripping or harsh environments. The Ministrip Titan uses titanium-coated carbide blades and has a centering device. We particularly recommend the Ministrip Titan for aerospace applications.

Rotary cutting and stripping

The innovative process enables the effortless removal of insulation or dielectric / shielding from coaxial cables.

Optional centering device (Art. No. NI-010070)
The centering device enables high-quality stripping that meets even the highest standards. It is infinitely adjustable and ensures that the cable is centered relative to the blades, eliminating any incorrect user influence on the quality of the stripping.

Stepless length adjustment

The length adjustment is also infinitely variable and can be set to the desired length in just a few seconds.

Simultaneous twisting of strands

Depending on the nature of the conductor, strands are easily twisted at the same time.

High accuracy
The high-precision production of the MiniStrip ensures maximum repeatability of your stripping process.

Calibrated scale for diameter adjustment

The MiniStrip can be set to different diameters in just a few seconds using a calibrated scale with a resolution of one hundredth.
