Replacement blades Titan
The MiniStrip stripping tool, equipped with a highly precise four-blade system, enables accurate and repeatable stripping of cable ends with small diameters. This device removes the cable sheath by rotary cutting followed by pulling in a single operation, while simultaneously twisting the strands. It is ideal for processing optical fibers, coaxial cables, and Teflon-coated cables without damaging conductors or glass fibers.The adjustment to different diameters or lengths is made in seconds using a calibrated scale, supported by a set screw to lock the diameter adjustment. The high-quality workmanship of the device ensures its durability and exact functionality.
Technical features include a conductor diameter range of 0.16 to 1.5 mm (15 - 34 AWG), with the ability to handle up to 0.10 mm (38 AWG) depending on the type of insulation, a maximum cable diameter of 2.5 mm, and a maximum stripping length of 15 mm. The device is portable and does not require a power supply. It is compatible with Teflon, PVC, Kynar, and Kapton insulations.
