Side Cutter 2422E The Weller Erem Series 2400 MagicSense offers a combination of robustness and precision for cutting tasks in hard-to-reach places. These medium-sized precision cutters are equipped with a variety of head shapes and feature an optimized ergonomic shape that minimizes hand fatigue. The cutting edges are made of special tool steel, induction-hardened to over 60 HRc, and offer an extremely long service life as well as the possibility of being resharpened. The non-reflective surface and ESD safety protect sensitive components from damage. The ESD safe series 2400 MagicSense combines high-quality processing, precision and cutting comfort. The ergonomically shaped MagicSense handles prevent fatigue of the hand. The cutting edges are produced by using a special hardening process and can be re-sharpened ensuring a high service life.

Contact resistance between 105 and 109 ohm according to MIL standards.



Stop! Stop system
Avoids the crossing (and thus the damaging) of the cutting edges.



Wire holder (option)
Prevents injuries of the eyes and the destruction of devices by uncontrollably separated cutting waste.

With small bevel (facet)
Normal cut. Suitable for cutting hard and soft steel wires as well as soft materials such as copper wire and cable.



With large bevel (facet)
Suitable for cutting hard and very hard steel wires. Long service life.



Without bevel (facet)
Flush cut. Extremely sharp cutting edges. Only suitable for soft steel wires, copper wire and cable.



Without bevel flush (facet)
Flush cut for soft materials.
