The ESD Side Cutter 5151 from Ideal-tek is a high-precision tool specifically designed for demanding applications in electronics and fine mechanics. The large, oval head shape and flush cutting edge enable clean and precise cuts. The ergonomic ESD Ergo-tek handle provides excellent grip and is ideal for environments susceptible to electrostatic discharges. Made from chrome-vanadium ball bearing steel, the side cutter offers high resistance and durability. The blades are hardened to a hardness of 67HRC, which further improves the quality of the cuts.

The ideal-tek ERGO-TEK diagonal cutting pliers series stands for highest requirements for precision and performance. Versions with normal bevel, small bevel or without bevel for precise cuts on sensitive electronic components. A friction-less double spring ensures a smooth and soft opening. Normal cut. Suitable for cutting hard and soft steel wires as well as soft materials such as copper wire and cable.
With large bevel (facet)
Suitable for cutting hard and very hard steel wires. Long service life.
Without bevel flush (facet)
Flush cut for soft materials.
