The ESD Oblique Front Cutter with Small Bevel from the Series 80 is a highly specialized tool solution for precise and efficient cutting work on copper wire. This model features 45° angled, long jaws and ESD-safe handles made of synthetic material with an integrated opening spring. The cutting capacity is specifically designed for copper wire.
The use of a high-performance steel alloy combined with numerically controlled machine grinding ensures precise cutting angles and contact. The induction-hardened cutting edges have a hardness of 63-65 HrC, and the friction-reducing screw connection improves the alignment of the cutting edges. This increases both the load capacity and the durability of the tool. The "CO" model also offers antistatic, conductive grip covers, making it ideal for assembly and rework tasks.
