Precision Cutter 570E The Precision Cutter 570E from the Weller Erem Series 500 Micro offers robust precision performance for microelectronic applications. This medium-sized cutter is made from high-quality tool steel and features hardened cutting edges with a Rockwell hardness of 63-65 HRc. The non-reflective surface and ESD safety ensure additional reliability and durability. The model is characterized by a double self-locking screw joint that minimizes wear, as well as a patented spring opening system that eliminates the risk of injury and ensures interchangeability. The handle's transition resistance ranges from 10^5 to 10^9 Ohm, in accordance with MIL standards. The Stop! limit system protects the cutting edges from crossing over and damage. An optional wire holder is available, which prevents eye injuries and damage to assemblies.
