MiniStrip Standard
The MiniStrip Standard stripping device is specifically designed for precise and repeatable processing of cables with small diameters. It removes the jacket by rotational cutting followed by pulling in a single operation, while simultaneously twisting the strands depending on the cable and stripping length. This method is excellent for processing optical fibers, coaxial cables, and Teflon-coated cables without damaging conductors or glass fibers.
Adjustments for different diameters or lengths are made quickly and precisely using a calibrated scale, while a locking screw blocks the diameter adjustment. The robust construction ensures lasting accuracy and reliability.
Technical Specifications:
- Conductor diameter: 0.16 to 1.5 mm (15 - 34 AWG), up to 0.10 mm (38 AWG) for certain types of insulation
- Maximum cable diameter: 2.5 mm
- Stripping length: up to 15 mm
- Stripping head with a four-blade system made of HSS blades
- Portable, operates without electricity
- Suitable for Teflon, PVC, Kynar, and Kapton insulations
