Replacement exchangeable tips A259CP

The replacement tip A259CP by ideal-tek is specifically designed for use in micromechanics and electronics assembly, where high precision and scratch resistance are essential. This kit includes two carbon fiber tips and three screws, specifically developed for the type 259CP tweezers. The tips are made from ESD-PEEK plastic, which is not only ESD-safe but also impresses with its excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance to oils, fats, and most nonpolar solvents.
The tips have a straight shape and are fine, pointed, and strong, with a width of 8.0 mm and a tip width of only 0.6 mm. The total length is 40 mm with a height of 3.5 mm and a weight of only 1 g. Despite their small dimensions, the tips offer a maximum temperature resistance of 190°C (temporarily) and a surface resistance of 10² Ω.
Please note that the tips are not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam. Ideal for handling sensitive components such as glass and ceramic substrates in laboratories and during the assembly of electronic components.
