Sandal ESD AB-4096
The ESD AB-4096 sandal by ABEBA is a high-quality mule that is ideal for professional use. It features two adjustable instep straps and a fixed heel strap, which allows for optimal adjustment to the foot. The upper material made of nubuck leather and the leather-covered cork footbed ensure high wearing comfort and durability. These shoes are metal-free and without lining, making them exceptionally light – the weight is only 395 g for size 42.
The sandal meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and IEC 61340-5-1, making it a safe choice for work environments where electrostatic discharge (ESD) poses a risk. The special rubber outsole is resistant to oil, gasoline, acid, and alkali, and offers excellent slip resistance (SRC). Available in blue and in sizes 34 to 48, this unisex model from the Nature series targets a wide audience. The sandal is free of toe protection, which ensures additional flexibility in the front area of the shoe. ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Work shoe class OB
Shoes without a protective toe cap. They generally meet the minimum requirements and are slip-resistant. Mostly suitable for indoor use, shoes with an open heel area such as slippers or clogs.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
