Sandal with heel strap ESD AB-4090
The sandal with heel strap ESD AB-4090 from ABEBA is a high-quality unisex mule ideal for work environments where electrostatic discharge (ESD) needs to be avoided. This sandal meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and IEC 61340-5-1 and provides protection according to class OB.
The upper made of leather and the leather-covered cork footbed ensure high wearing comfort. The sandal is available in white and in sizes 34 to 48. It is metal-free, unlined, and features two adjustable instep straps with Velcro closures for a personalized fit.
The special rubber outsole is resistant to oil, gasoline, acids, and alkalis, and is also slip-resistant according to SRC. Additionally, the shoe weight is particularly light at just 400 g for size 42, ensuring additional comfort throughout the wear period. With these features, the sandal also meets additional requirements of categories A and FO, although it does not provide toe protection.

Work shoe class OB
Shoes without a protective toe cap. They generally meet the minimum requirements and are slip-resistant. Mostly suitable for indoor use, shoes with an open heel area such as slippers or clogs.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
