ESD Light duty swivel castor with top plate - double stop 550, load capacity 110 kg, heavy version
This heavy-duty ESD caster wheel from the 550 series with a load capacity of 110 kg is ideal for use in environments that require high precision and electrical conductivity. The housing is made of heavy, galvanized sheet steel and is equipped with a double ball bearing in the swivel head and a bolted wheel axle. The mounting plate measures 77 x 67 mm, allowing for easy installation.
The wheel itself has a diameter of 125 mm and a width of 32 mm. It is made of polypropylene, with a tread made of black, electrically conductive rubber, which has a hardness of about 85 Shore A. This design conforms to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offers additional safety through the double stop.
Note that plasticizer diffusion can cause discoloration of the floor. The screw hole spacing is 56-62 x 47-52 mm, ensuring compatibility with various mounting systems.
