4-shelf trolley ESD 4 shelves loading bed 1000 x 700 mm
The 4-tier cart ESD by Fetra with a loading area of 1000x700 mm is specifically designed for use in the electronics industry to meet the requirements for ESD protection. This transport and picking cart is manufactured according to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offers a total load capacity of 600 kg, with each of the four levels able to carry up to 80 kg.
The construction from electrostatically conductive steel tubing and profile steel is powder-coated in dark gray and ensures high stability through its sturdy screw and plug connections. The four tiers, varying in heights from 276 mm to 1476 mm, are equipped with HPL composite panels that are also electrostatically conductive.
Mobility is ensured by two steerable and two fixed casters with a diameter of 200 mm and TPE tires, which are electrostatically conductive. An innovative braking system, developed by Fetra, allows for easy handling and enhances safety by effectively blocking the swivel movement of the steering casters.
Additionally, the optional Fetra central braking system 'TOTALSTOP' is available, which provides even better control and safety. This tiered cart is an ideal solution for safe and efficient work in sensitive electronic manufacturing environments.
