4-shelf trolley ESD 4 shelves loading bed 1200 x 800 mm
The 4-tier ESD cart from Fetra, with a loading area of 1200x800 mm, is specifically designed for the requirements of the electronics industry. The overall dimensions of the cart are 1369 mm in depth, 809 mm in width, and 1800 mm in height. Each of the four levels is electrostatically dissipative and supports an even load distribution with a total carrying capacity of 600 kg and 80 kg per loading area.
The surface of the cart is in dark gray and offers a surface resistance of 10^5 to 10^7 Ω, which complies with the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1. The construction made of steel tube and profile steel is electrostatically dissipative powder-coated, which additionally contributes to robustness and durability.
Mobility is ensured by two steering and two fixed casters with a diameter of 200 mm and TPE-ESD tires, which allow easy maneuverability. The innovative braking system from Fetra, the TOTALSTOP central braking system, can be optionally added and offers additional safety by effectively locking the swivel movement of the steering casters.
