All employees within Compumet AG are required to follow the guidelines in accordance with our Code of Conduct in the context of their professional activities. The Code, which is based on our core corporate values, sets out basic principles and regulations for lawful and responsible behavior. Particular attention is paid to dealing with business partners, especially our customers and suppliers as well as government institutions.

Actions – guided by standards

Every employee, especially managers, is encouraged to follow the guidelines of the Code of Conduct in all processes, decisions and everyday activities without restriction and continuously.

This includes adherence to additional compliance requirements as well as applicable guidelines and standards.

This obligation extends equally to all companies and areas within Compumet AG.

Further development – through continuous monitoring

At Compumet AG, it is part of the corporate culture to behave ethically in daily business life and to comply with existing laws.

In the Compumet Code of Conduct, the existing corporate principles have been compiled and sorted by topic. All the principles listed here are equivalent in meaning and valid worldwide.

The Code, which was last revised in 2022, is supplemented by guidelines that contain detailed regulations and concrete recommendations for dealing with specific situations. Our employees can refer to the Code at any time.

The concerns, reservations and questions in connection with the Compumet Code of Conduct are taken very seriously by us and processed accordingly in a timely manner.
