The ESD auxiliary trolley from Fetra, measuring 605 x 405 mm, is specifically designed for the requirements of the electronics industry and offers an optimal solution for transport, material, and picking processes in ESD-sensitive areas. The construction made of steel tubing and profile steel is electrostatically conductive and powder-coated in slate gray (RAL 7015), ensuring high load capacity and durability. The shelves are made of wood-based panel according to DIN 68765, conductive and equipped with a 7 mm high edge.
The total load capacity of the cart is 200 kg, with the middle and upper load surfaces each able to carry 50 kg. The four swivel casters, with a diameter of 125 mm, are made of TPE-ESD and two of them are equipped with locks, making the cart energy-saving and quiet even on flat floors. Fetra's innovative braking system can be operated with just one footstep and locks both the rotation and the pivoting movement of the casters, providing additional security against lateral swiveling.
The dimensions of the cart are 821 x 455 x 1178 mm (LxWxH) and the loading heights are at 216, 671, and 1171 mm. The surface resistance is between 10^5 and 10^7 Ω, confirming the ESD safety according to DIN EN 61340-5-1. Optionally, the TOTALSTOP central braking system is available, which allows for further improvements in handling and safety.
