ESD storage trolley tiltable 605 x 405 mm
The ESD auxiliary trolley tiltable 605 x 405 mm by Fetra is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive environments of the electronics industry. It features a robust construction made of steel tube and profile steel, which is electrostatically conductive powder-coated. The surface in slate gray RAL 7015 and the floors made of wood-based material panels according to DIN 68765 with a 7 mm high edge provide reliable conductivity and stability.
The four swivel casters with a diameter of 125 mm are made of TPE-ESD tires and ensure a noiseless and trackless run on flat surfaces. Two of these casters are equipped with locks, allowing for secure positioning. This cart meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offers a total load capacity of 200 kg, with the middle and upper tiers each capable of carrying 50 kg. The tiers are also tiltable, allowing for ergonomic loading and unloading.
Also notable is the innovative Fetra brake system, which allows easy operation by a foot pedal and securely locks the swivel movement of the casters to prevent lateral swiveling. The optional TOTALSTOP central braking system is available, providing additional safety. Ideal as a transport, material, and picking trolley, this auxiliary trolley combines functionality with safety and comfort.
